Speaking for the general public

One of the fun things about being a scientist is the ability to inspire others about all the science that is being done in the world. Therefore, I try to enage in outreach activites as much as possible. A non-exhaustive list of outreach activities, catered to the general public, include:

Science outreach for young audiences

Although I enjoy talking science with people of all ages, I find it particularly fulfilling to share my knowledge and enthusiasm for science with younger audiences. From interactive science demonstrations to hands-on experiments and activities, I believe that making science fun and engaging for children can have a profound impact on their interest and engagement with the subject. Teaching

Basic Physics

TEACHING ASSISTANT (TA)

I am a TA for a course on basic physics, taught to first bachelor students in biomedical sciences. The course covers the basics of general physics, including kinematics, Newton's laws, work & energy, momentum, fluids, waves & oscillations, sound, and electromagnetism.

Introductory astronomy

TEACHING ASSISTANT (TA)

I am a TA for an introductory course on astronomy, taught to first bachelor students in physics and mathematics. The course covers different aspects of astronomy, including black-body radiation, dynamics, general relativity, stellar structure & evolution, galaxies, early-universe cosmology, and exoplanets.
